Assessment and Education Program
Our assessment and education program includes on-site education/counseling on managing blood pressure, diabetes, weight management, cholesterol management, stress reduction, counseling for depression, chronic disease management, respiratory disease management.

• Individualized care plans developed for each employee with customized goals and incentives for accomplishing objectives.
